• Facilitate and oversee construction supervision, management, and coordination to ensure timely completion of Work Orders in line with project schedules
• Coordinate with FEED/EPC contractors from construction through commissioning and handover
• Review and contribute to construction/installation plans and procedures for efficiency and constructability
• Ensure contractor compliance with scope, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Supervise fabrication and construction activities at facilities or manufacturing sites
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure adherence to policies and standards
• Identify construction delays and recommend corrective actions
• Provide input for estimates and review design documents for constructability
• Conduct site visits, liaise with contractors, and support construction development
• Identify vendor support and equipment needs
• Interface with operations teams as necessary
• Participate in site surveys and report generation
• Develop construction deliverables and assist in bid preparations and estimates
• Ensure effective completion procedures and pre-commissioning activities
• Manage change effectively and coordinate with procurement and project controls
• Promote HSE initiatives during construction
• Review engineering drawings for improvements and cost efficiencies

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
• PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield projects is highly preferred
