Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee construction supervision, management, and coordination to ensure timely completion of Work Orders in line with project schedules
- Coordinate with FEED/EPC contractors from construction through commissioning and handover
- Review and contribute to construction/installation plans and procedures for efficiency and constructability
- Ensure contractor compliance with scope, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Supervise fabrication and construction activities at facilities or manufacturing sites
- Monitor and inspect work to ensure adherence to policies and standards
- Identify construction delays and recommend corrective actions
- Provide input for estimates and review design documents for constructability
- Conduct site visits, liaise with contractors, and support construction development
- Identify vendor support and equipment needs
- Interface with operations teams as necessary
- Participate in site surveys and report generation
- Develop construction deliverables and assist in bid preparations and estimates
- Ensure effective completion procedures and pre-commissioning activities
- Manage change effectively and coordinate with procurement and project controls
- Promote HSE initiatives during construction
- Review engineering drawings for improvements and cost efficiencies
Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
- Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
- PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield projects is highly preferred
