Job summary
A global FinTech organization is seeking a Head of Marketing (MENA) to lead the marketing strategy across the Middle East and North Africa. You will drive regional acquisition, manage partnerships, and ensure campaigns resonate with local culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience, especially in fintech, and is fluent in Arabic and English. This role offers significant influence in shaping the brand's presence in MENA.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, CFD, prop firm, or iGaming.
- Deep understanding of MENA markets, culture, and user behaviour.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Own the full MENA marketing plan, calendar, and execution.
- Drive local user acquisition by coordinating with Global Growth team.
- Produce Arabic regional content across social media.
