Assistant Mechanic Foreman
Job summary
A mechanical services company in the UAE seeks an experienced Assistant Mechanic Foreman to support the mechanical team. The role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and training junior mechanics. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of heavy machinery maintenance experience and a solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems. A valid UAE driving license is an advantage, as is experience working on job sites.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair.
- Experience in site workshops and field operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours and support urgent breakdowns.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to supervise helpers and coordinate daily workshop activities.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Mechanic Foreman in overseeing daily operations.
- Support in coordinating and supervising repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Monitor work quality and take corrective actions as needed.
