A leading agricultural company is seeking a skilled Soil Scientist in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities include conducting soil research, analyzing samples, and advising on sustainable land management practices. Candidates should have a degree in Soil Science and at least 5 years of experience. Fluency in English is required, and Indian nationality is preferred. Soil Scientist (English Speaking) – We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soil Scientist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Soil Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on soil properties, composition, and fertility to improve agricultural practices and land management. This is a contract position without accommodation. The candidate must have a valid biometric passport as this is an urgent requirement.
- Conduct field surveys to collect soil samples and identify potential problem areas
- Analyze soil samples using various techniques and equipment
- Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop effective strategies for improving soil fertility and reducing erosion
- Advise on best practices for sustainable land management and conservation
- Stay updated with current research, advancements, and regulations in the field of soil science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Soil Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting soil research and analysis
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
