Lead Field Engineer- Piping
Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Lead Field Engineer specializing in piping for various sites within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience and will ensure compliance with safety regulations while overseeing large-scale projects. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and fluent English are essential. This position includes 8 to 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, for a contract duration of 12 months, extendable upon project needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in piping engineering.
- Experience working for EPCM Oil and gas companies for at least 3 years.
- Site experience mandatory, particularly with ADNOC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee piping design and installation on large engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Manage resources efficiently for optimal project performance.

We are looking for a Lead Field Engineer- Piping for one of our clients with the following details :
Location : Site based - Flexible to work on several sites in UAE
Expected Start Date : ASAP
Work Schedule : Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts - 6 days per week
Contract Duration : 12 months - extendable based on project requirement
- 15 years & above of experience in the field.
- Site experience is a must.
- Experience with ADNOC on site and ADNOC approved is highly preferred.
- Requiring maximum one month notice.
- Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 3 years.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- Oversee and coordinate piping design and installation activities on large-scale engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address technical challenges and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections to maintain high-quality standards in piping fabrication and installation.
- Foster a safe working environment by promoting safety best practices and protocols among team members.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
