Résumé du poste
A luxury hotel chain in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an operations officer to manage tasks such as handling guest requests and maintaining communication with various departments. The ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience in the hospitality industry and should be fluent in both English and Russian, with the ability to converse in Arabic as well. Position offers competitive salary and additional benefits including meals and medical insurance.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality/Service Industry preferred.
- Able to read and speak Arabic/Russian and communicate effectively.
- Computer knowledge including Windows and PMS.
Responsabilités
- Complete tasks on the Officer Shift Checklist and log all incidents.
- Monitor call charges and ensure accuracy in the PMS.
- Attend to complaints and enquiries referred by Communications Assistant.
