In addition to the training on the job you will participate in the AIG Academy a twoyear structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed we make sure you receive aboveaverage remuneration regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops master classes as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide. You will receive a permanent employment contract.

• Support and independent review of risks
• Preparation of customized offers for national and international customers
• High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial work in a helpful and committed team
• English speaking communication with local and foreign brokers customers and colleagues of the companys own international network
• Collaboration on interdepartmental and strategic projects
• Steep learning curve and a variety of development opportunities

• Bachelors or Masters degree e.g. in Business Administration Economics Information Technology Law Engineering Actuarial Sciences or Risk Management graduated in 2024 or 2025.
• Initial work experience through internships is an advantage ideally in the insurance sector
• Motivated by innovation and novelty
• Readiness to be on a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as willingness to make decisions
• Very good English language skills
• MS Office skills
