A well-established bakery in Dubai is seeking a Part-Time Baker specializing in Indian cuisine. This role involves preparing and baking traditional Indian breads and pastries. The ideal candidate will have experience with Indian recipes and ingredients, excellent time management and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1,700 $ per month.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a baker, preferably with Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients.
- Ability to follow traditional recipes accurately.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake various Indian breads, pastries, and other dishes according to traditional recipes.
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to create new menu items or specials.
