• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Advise clients on property market trends, investment opportunities, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and present available options to clients.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or consultant, preferably in Dubai.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property regulations.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian) are a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
