Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a qualified CAD Draftsman to prepare drawings and designs that adhere to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency in CAD software. Responsibilities include preparing 2D layouts, technical drawings, and maintaining records. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a CAD Draftsman.
  • Ability to prepare detailed construction and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with land and site plans.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawings and layouts, including 2D modeling.
  • Maintain logs, reports, and records of drafting activities.
  • Take site measurements of client facilities.
