Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the landscaping industry based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and client management skills to drive successful outcomes in the landscaping sector.

Core responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers. Assign tasks, optimize resource allocation, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Maintain strong relationships, communicate progress, and address concerns promptly.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
  • Quality Assurance & Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and client expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, financial updates, and client presentations. Maintain accurate project records and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the landscaping, construction, or civil engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale landscaping projects from initiation to completion.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, or GIS mapping.
  • In‑depth understanding of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and sustainability practices (e.g., LEED standards).
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Experience in resource allocation and workforce management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client updates, negotiations, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset to assess risks, optimize processes, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the UAE.
