Summary: Proposal Manager is responsible for reviewing basic designs done by bid engineer, following up on projects assigned to project engineer, and coordinating with procurement to fast‑track projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support organizational growth through fostering internal and external relationships.
• Build teams and delegate responsibilities across projects, proposals, and production teams.
• Lead projects/bids teams to ensure timely and budget‑constrained delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and manage implementation of design changes during the engineering stage.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through prompt coordination with project team, sales, and marketing departments.
• Verify and review client enquiries.
• Submit offers in accordance with bid closing dates.
• Improve product design to meet client requirements and reduce material cost.
• Review and check design documents, bill of materials, and bid sheets with all item prices.
• Estimate required man‑hours in bid sheets.
• Communicate with clients for technical clarifications.
