As a Business Analyst, you will support improvements to our processes across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with business heads to identify inefficiencies in different verticals and help recommend practical solutions. You will collaborate with the Data, Product, and Business Intelligence teams to enhance internal tools and support initiatives such as improving pricing and workflow systems. Your work will include analysing team and individual performance, highlighting areas that need attention, and coordinating with GMs and HODs to improve day‐to‐day operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to explore data‑driven ideas that can improve how we work in a fast‑moving digital environment.
