The Technical Sales and Service Representative is the point of contact for Customers both internal and external. This position is responsible for providing exceptional Training and Service as well as product knowledge and product application guidance to McCoy Customers.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with operating systems, program installation, and troubleshooting including driver installation
• Experience with electrical / electronic troubleshooting
• Experience with Instrumentation and Sensors
• Experience with ISO quality systems
• Comprehensive knowledge in hydraulic systems with ability to read and interpret schematics
• Proficiency in effective communication, both verbal and written, with colleagues and customers
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in an organized manner

What you’ll do:

• Gather Market Intel to help Technology and Marketing to keep us on the cutting Edge of Technology
• Provide input for Build Plan
• Identify and work with Engineering to resolve Technical Issues
• Travel to customer locations globally for training and Service
• Provide Calibration and Repairs on all McCoy Products
• Document troubleshooting information and develop procedures for internal / external customers
• Ensure McCoy customers receive timely and appropriate assistance when troubleshooting McCoy products is needed
• Maintain a list of all ongoing projects and work the list as prioritized by Marketing
• Work collaboratively with customers, engineering and service teams
