A leading trading company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. You will create and manage content across various platforms, stay updated on trends, and collaborate with the marketing team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in social media management.

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure our strategies remain effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with other marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials for online campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or related field.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
