Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled barista to be in our pop-up. Your primary role will be to expertly craft our full menu of drinks, including specialty coffee, matcha lattes, hibiscus teas, acai smoothies, and other signature drinks. This is a pure production role focused on quality, consistency, and speed; you will not be processing orders or handling payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Craftsmanship & Quality Control:

• Expertly prepare and craft a diverse range of beverages to the highest standards:
• Ensure every drink is made to precise recipe standards, with consistent taste and beautiful presentation.
• Know how to calibrate and maintain all equipment (espresso machines, blenders, grinders) for optimal performance.

Bar Maintenance & Workflow Efficiency:

• Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
• Alert the shift supervisor before any items run out that are needed to make the beverages
• Work seamlessly with the service team who will deliver the orders to you and the finished drinks to customers.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Proven experience as a Barista in a specialty café or juice bar is essential. Experience with matcha, acai, and smoothie preparation is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating commercial espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment.

Focus: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, quality-focused role with a keen eye for detail and presentation.

Team Player: Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the service team.

Passion: A genuine passion for craft beverages and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the entire pop-up duration, including weekends and holidays.

Physicality: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a busy environment.
