Job summary
A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Jr. Material Controller to assist in managing materials in warehouses and storage yards. The candidate should have at least 2 years of material handling experience and be physically fit. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, marking and identifying, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ material handling experience.
- Knowledge of all types of materials, spares, tools, consumables is preferable.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection of materials for quantity & quality, including material specification.
- Marking & Identification of materials.
- Bin allocation & colour coding of materials.
- Preservation of materials and issuing of materials.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE standards.
