Job Description

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues in MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades performed on MEP systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other technicians and contractors to ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems.
• Vehicle Operation: Safely drive company vehicles, transporting tools, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for MEP systems.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Education: Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications; strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• License: Valid UAE driving license.
• Language: Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
