Job summary
A leading construction and real estate development firm in Dubai is seeking a Planning Manager. The role involves overseeing project scheduling and ensuring timely delivery on large-scale residential projects. Candidates must have at least 10-15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Dubai's high-rise sector. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in Primavera P6 are essential. Competitive salary package offered along with family benefits.

- Open to Indian nationals, Male; aged 45 years and below.
- 10-15 years of experience in planning and scheduling for residential projects.
- Experience with high-rise tower projects and scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the review and alignment of subcontractor and contractor programs.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks early.
- Oversee evaluation of EOT and disruption claims.
- Deliver executive-level progress reports and maintain project documentation.
