A leading technology company seeks a Regional Sales Engineer based in Dubai. You will drive HVAC sales across the Middle East & Africa, focusing on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 5 years' experience in HVAC sales, a track record of meeting targets, and fluency in English and Arabic. This position involves frequent travel and collaboration with sales teams and channel partners to maximize revenue.
What you will do
The Regional Sales Engineer of Applied Equipment is a key role reporting directly to the Sales Director of Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, you will be part of an emerging team responsible for expanding the sales network through Indirect Channels for our Applied Products business across the Middle East & Africa. Your focus will be on driving sales and business growth for the HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
You will focus on building and enhancing relationships with existing channels and adding new channel partners across the region to achieve sales targets for Applied Products. You will lead sales initiatives, create regional sales strategies, and facilitate the sharing of market, customer, and industry insights with the sales team and channel partners to enable the achievement of business plans. You will operate through indirect channels, including distributors, sales facilitators, and partners, collaborating with sales teams, consultants, and customers to promote business growth and increase sales opportunities to maximize revenue.

How you will do
As Regional Sales Engineer, you will use your strategic expertise and knowledge of Applied Products to drive sales, improve relations with existing channels, and create new channels. You will make regular visits to dealers and manage your service portfolio to increase sales and service quality. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the sales team and providing support when needed will be key. You will analyze market information (prices, volume growth, competitor actions, etc.) and propose growth action plans for each channel in the territory to executive management.
You are a proactive, self-motivated hunter, focused on seeking and developing existing business and long-term customer relationships. You are analytical, perseverant, determined, and reliable, with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
