Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHD's Graduate Program aims to develop our future leaders and technical specialists.

During our two-year global graduate development program, graduates will work on a variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and overseas. Your contribution will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring, diverse development activities, on-the-job experience, project exposure, and support towards gaining chartered status in your field.

Location

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai office.

You will be involved in different projects, applying your skills in various environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge grows.
