We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

GHD's Graduate Program aims to develop our future leaders and technical specialists.

During our two-year global graduate development program, our graduates work with teams across the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and overseas. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring, development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to diverse projects, and support towards gaining chartered status within your field.

Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai offices

You will work on various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge of our business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software for engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.
