To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients across social and advertising streams, managing campaign timelines, briefing processes, and creative execution.
- Work across campaign and always-on content, shaping 360-degree ideas for TV, digital, OOH, and social platforms.
- Lead the coordination of content calendars, creative rollouts, campaign launches, and real-time activations.
- Translate marketing strategies into clear briefs for creative, strategy, media, and production teams.
- Prepare status reports, campaign timelines, and reporting documents, ensuring proactive client communication.
- Apply understanding of the communications mix and platform-native content to drive impactful recommendations.
- Liaise with community managers and content creators for ongoing content, influencer activity, and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns and social content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
- Monitor competitive brand activity, emerging platform behaviors, and category trends across advertising and social.
- Manage internal meetings and client reviews, including agenda setting, note-taking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track job estimates, scopes, social budgets, and work with production and finance for billing accuracy.
- Troubleshoot delays, bottlenecks, and priority shifts across social and traditional deliverables.
- Coordinate performance and wrap-up reporting with strategy and analytics teams for campaigns and ongoing content.
- Serve as the link between creative, strategy, influencer, media, and production partners for seamless campaign delivery.
- Ensure compliance with government protocols, regulations, and cultural sensitivities, maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing or integrated account management at a creative or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and social media platforms (TV, OOH, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Familiarity with content calendars, integrated timelines, influencer campaigns, and paid media planning.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to both big-picture ideas and daily execution.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Emplifi, and project management platforms.
- Financial fluency in estimates, scopes, WIPs, and billing oversight.
