Job description

The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for achieving or exceeding allocated sales targets while ensuring adherence to KIA sales process standards. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, industry awareness, accurate reporting and relationship-building to meet company sales and retention goals.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets to support company objectives.
  • Follow KIA sales process standards including prospecting, meeting, negotiating and delivering.
  • Stay informed on automotive industry developments, market trends, competitor activities and auto finance to meet personal and company goals.
  • Submit weekly and monthly action plans and daily sales activity reports to the direct manager.
  • Ensure documentation complies with rules, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers through meetings, calls and emails.
Requirements
  • University degree in business or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in auto sales or auto finance).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • UAE driver's license and ownership of a car.
  • Team player.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
