Responsibilities
- Greet children and families in a fun and welcoming way.
- Engage customers by introducing different candy products and offering samples.
- Ensure displays are attractive, especially to children.
- Monitor product freshness and stock levels.
- Promote special offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages.
- Share product ingredient information for parents with dietary concerns.
- Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with party orders and event preparations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably in F&B, candy, or toy stores.
- A real salesperson — someone who knows how to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales.
- Friendly personality with the ability to engage children and adults.
- Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
- Basic computer skills.
