Key Responsibilities

• Welcome spa and wellness guests across all contact points including in‑person, phone, and digital channels
• Provide accurate information on wellness products, spa treatments, and facility services
• Coordinate guest appointments, movement, and service flow within the wellness facility
• Maintain guest confidentiality and handle personal information with professionalism and care
• Deliver consistent five‑star guest service and resolve inquiries or concerns effectively
• Support sales initiatives through confident product knowledge and service recommendations
• Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming, and professional conduct at all times

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort spa, hotel spa, or high‑end guest services environment
• Alternatively, background in front office, guest relations, reservations, club lounge, or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read guest needs and expectations
• Computer literacy with confidence using booking and guest management systems
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
