Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm seeks a Wellness Experience Agent to warmly welcome guests to the Spa & Wellness facility, manage reservations, and ensure a 5-star guest experience. You will explain services, assist with product recommendations, and coordinate with therapists to deliver exceptional service.

Proficiency in SpaSoft and strong communication are essential. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent grooming, and the ability to handle sensitive guest information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end day spa, resort, or hotel spa.
• Background in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations is advantageous.
• Solid numerical and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests at the spa reception and coordinate bookings.
• Explain services, pricing, and products to guests with a professional demeanor.
• Ensure accurate billing and smooth flow of guest journeys throughout the day.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of guest information.
