Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury day spa, resort spa or hotel wellness facility preferred.
• Front office/guest relations or reservations background is valuable.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spa-management software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa and wellness guests warmly across channels and schedule appointments.
• Explain services, durations, prices, and features to guests accurately.
• Provide product recommendations and drive boutique sales per guest needs.
• Maintain guest data privacy and ensure correct billing at check-out.
• Coordinate with therapists and attendants to optimize treatment-room use.
• Record and communicate guest information and reservations to relevant teams.
