Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Wealth Consultant to lead the design, enhancement, and delivery of Wealth Management solutions — focusing on platforms like Advent and Prospero.

This role combines domain expertise in wealth & investment operations with strong stakeholder collaboration and technical delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wealth platforms (Advent & Prospero)
• Collaborate with Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements
• Manage product backlog , ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory goals (CPF, Islamic proposition, ECM integration)
• Lead Agile ceremonies and oversee delivery of key features — SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, incremental load enhancements
• Partner with vendors for onboarding, solutioning, and production support
• Monitor platform performance and resolve issues in VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Wealth Management / Investment Banking
• Hands-on experience with Advent and Prospero (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Deep understanding of investment products, portfolios, and regulatory frameworks (FINMA, CPF)
• Technical proficiency in integrations, data loads, and platform dependencies
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, or IT
• Certifications in Agile / Scrum and Wealth / Investment Banking
• Experience managing vendor relationships for wealth platforms
