Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Dubai region within the UAE. The role involves generating and executing sales plans in existing and new accounts, understanding customer needs, and recommending continuous improvement to increase sales.

You will build relationships with plant and facility executives and provide technical support to resolve issues, enabling customers to operate at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans with existing customers and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and propose improvement and innovation plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges and escalating as needed.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and write recommendations to ensure optimal operations.
• Sell Nalco Water innovations to assigned customers to foster long-term relationships.
