Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is seeking a District Representative to join its sales team in the UAE. You will drive revenue and profit growth for programs in targeted accounts using a consultative approach and strong account leadership.

You’ll convey value, build relationships with key stakeholders and promote Nalco Water technologies. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, understanding customer needs, and providing technical support to ensure processes run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Three years of technical sales or field sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals.
• Understand business needs and recommend improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve challenges, escalating as required.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations run optimally.
• Actively sell Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term business relationships.
