Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in existing and target accounts across the UAE. You will use a consultative sales approach, understanding customer drivers and delivering system assurance programs to improve performance and solve challenges.

You will build relationships with plant and facility executives, provide technical support, and promote Nalco Water innovations to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing customers and target accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer business needs and propose continuous improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support, diagnose challenges, and escalate when needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations for optimal operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term business relationships.
