Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a fast-growing, Agile team establishing a new simulation center. You will perform modeling, wargaming, and analysis to connect operational needs with system architecture for autonomous capabilities.

Requirements include a current country-specific Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, plus 3+ years in ORSA or related fields and proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and support modeling, simulation, and analysis for Anduril products.

• Be one of the first hires in an agile wargaming team in UAE.
• Develop scenarios with Python and YAML; relate design to outcomes.
• Use high-end models and simulations to conduct experiments and training.
• Evaluate platform payloads, autonomy, sensors, and C2 on mission outcomes.
• Design and analyze engagement and mission-level wargames.
• Develop physics-based models and red/blue force tactics.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and dependencies.
• Ensure analysis addresses real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to demonstrate capabilities with data.

We are looking for our next Warfighting Systems Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Abu Dhabi UAE Initial hiring will take place in London UK and the candidate will relocate upon initial completion of the simulation center

Responsibilities

• The Warfighting Systems Analyst is responsible for producing iterating and supporting Modeling Simulation and Analysis M amp SA including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products
• Train the customer in Anduril capabilities
• conduct internal analysis to support the iterative improvement of current and future products
• and learn the specific customers needs to ensure we produce the right product for the right reasons
• The Warfighter Systems Analyst will be one of the first hires in an extremely Agile team of wargaming analysts who will be the plank owners of a new simulation center being built in the UAE
• This role is ideal for individuals who can reason across military operations and technical systems evaluate performance tradeoffs develop and deploy scenarios with Python and YAML and communicate how system design decisions affect operational utility
• Leverage high-end models and simulations including Anduril s Lattice Mission Simulation MissionSim to conduct simulation experimentation and trainingDevelop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform payload autonomy sensor effector communications navigation or C2 choices affect mission outcomes
• Design execute and analyze tactical engagement-level and mission-level analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics
• Develop physics-based models and relevant operational scenarios with an emphasis on modeling red and blue force systems and tactics
• Assess system-of-systems interactions integration risks dependencies constraints and mission impacts
• Ensure system analysis remains grounded in real operational problems and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril s capabilities and value proposition through rigorous data-driven analysis

Requirements

• Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
• Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for a background in friendly and adversary tactics
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes
• Ability to assess and solve problems, and to effectively communicate results through strong verbal and written skills
• Experience with DoD M&S tools (e.g., AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a country specific Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Operational military background with a subsequent transition into an ORSA, M&S, or Operations Analyst position
• Experience with AFSIM plug‑in development or other advanced M&S framework customization
• Familiarity with model‑based systems engineering, digital engineering, operational test, or experimentation
• Experience developing KPPs, KSAs, MOEs, MOPs, requirements, test objectives, or system performance assessments
• Experience with defense systems, autonomous systems, maritime systems, undersea systems, sensors, effectors, communications, navigation, C2, or ISR mission systems
