Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to design and run Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis programs for unmanned systems across subsurface, surface, land and air domains. The role includes wargaming, scenario development, and data-driven evaluation to train customers and improve products.

Candidates should have 7+ years in ORSA or related fields, strong Python or C++ skills, and an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related field.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis for Anduril products.
• Develop scenarios aligned with customer needs for capabilities demonstrations.
• Evaluate platform and system choices on mission outcomes.
• Design and analyze wargames to assess autonomy capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to show value through data-driven analysis.
