Qualifications

• Security clearance required (country-specific)
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational role
• Experience with tactical experiments, wargaming design, data analytics and trade-space analysis
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for modeling and scripting
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, and C2 decisions on mission outcomes
• Design, execute and analyze tac- tical and mission-level analyses and wargames
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios emphasizing red/blue force tactics
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies and mission impacts
• Ensure analyses address real operational problems and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis
