Anduril Industries seeks a Warfighting Systems Analyst to advance modeling, simulation, and analysis for unmanned defense systems in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Initial recruitment occurs in London, with relocation upon simulation center completion.

The role requires ORSA/engineering experience, strong scripting in C++/Python, and the ability to connect technical design to operational outcomes. You will work in a fast-moving, agile team environment developing simulations for multiple domains.

Qualifikationen

• Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
• Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for a background in friendly and adversary tactics
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes
• Ability to assess and solve problems, and to effectively communicate results through strong verbal and written skills

Aufgaben

• Leverage high-end models and simulations, including Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim) to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical (engagement-level and mission-level) analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics
• Develop physics-based models and relevant operational scenarios, with an emphasis on modeling red and blue force systems and tactics
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, integration risks, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts
• Ensure system analysis remains grounded in real operational problems and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities and value proposition through rigorous, data-driven analysis
