Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with initial placement in London, UK. You will connect operational needs to system architecture, performance, and mission outcomes through Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis.

As team leader, you will fuse analysts, wargamers, sysadmins and engineers, design and run wargames, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while training warfighters.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• 4+ years in project management and Agile methods (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for standing up a tactical wargaming center in the UAE.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical analyses and wargames to assess autonomous systems.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios.
• Assess system interactions and mission impacts.
• Lead wargamers, sysadmins, and operations personnel to keep the center operational and train warfighters.
