Job summary

Antal International L.L.C-FZ in Dubai is hiring a Warehouse Executive to oversee 3PL coordination, inventory control, and ERP/WMS-driven warehouse operations within a fast-moving FMCG distribution and trading setting.

You will liaise with 3PL providers, monitor inbound and outbound stock, ensure accurate GRN/ASN processes, manage stock counts, and support timely deliveries while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or 3PL coordination.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL warehouse/service providers preferred.
• Good knowledge of GRN, ASN, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, inbound/outbound operations and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, retail or high-volume inventory environments.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL service providers on day-to-day warehouse storage and delivery operations.
• Monitor pending imports and prioritise container clearance, ASN and GRN activities.
• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound inventory movements.
• Manage urgent customer delivery requirements, including special packaging and late deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and 3PL teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control, including damages and shortages.
• Reconcile internal inventory records with 3PL stock ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Review cycle counts and physical stock counts; ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate damaged stock write-offs, stock removal and destruction processes.
• Review and coordinate inter-site stock transfers.
• Monitor non-moving and short-expiry inventory.
• Coordinate co-packing, POS materials, pallets and warehouse consumables.
• Monitor and report 3PL operational KPIs.
• Coordinate bi-yearly stock counts and ERP/WMS-based execution.

We are hiring a Warehouse Executive for a well-established distribution and trading organization in Dubai. Candidates with strong exposure to strong 3PL coordination inventory control stock reconciliation GRN ASN warehouse operations and ERP WMS strong are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with strong 3PL service providers strong on day-to-day warehouse storage and delivery operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or 3PL coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouse/service providers is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of GRN, ASN, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, inbound/outbound operations and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems would be an advantage.
• Experience within FMCG, distribution, trading, retail or other high-volume inventory environments preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE logistics and delivery operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
