Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead end-to-end logistics operations across domestic and international markets. You will ensure efficient shipment coordination, accurate inventory control, and strict adherence to customs regulations while driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of warehousing and logistics experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and documentation.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• UAE driving license and access to a car are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and inventory movements across the region.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
• Manage domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Analyze logistics performance, costs, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
