AL KHAYYAT INVESTMENTS (L L C) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, leads a team, and drives efficiency and accuracy in inventory and quality control.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and utilize manpower and resources effectively.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Ensure the quality and condition of incoming/outgoing goods meet standards.
• Supervise loading and offloading to prevent damage and discrepancies.
• Ensure delivery invoices are signed and returned on the same day.
• Verify returned goods against documents to minimize complaints and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure goods received and loaded match orders and documents.
• Coordinate weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies for accurate records.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure the effective utilization of manpower and resources.

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets.

• Ensure the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards.

• Supervise loading and offloading activities to prevent product damage, discrepancies, and trade returns.

• Ensure all delivery invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day, duly signed by customers as proof of delivery.

• Verify the quantity and condition of returned goods against the relevant documents to minimize customer complaints and stock discrepancies.

• Ensure goods received and loaded match the quantities specified in the relevant orders and documents.

• Coordinate and support weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within the required timelines.

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE, with progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality standards.
