Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Admin Lead to oversee warehouse administrative functions, ensuring system integrity, documentation compliance, and inventory accuracy across multiple client accounts.

The role acts as the control tower for inventory documentation, SLA tracking, and billing validation, aligning operations with contractual and regulatory requirements. Strong WMS/ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience overseeing warehouse admin in a multi-client 3PL environment is expected.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for warehouse clients and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound documentation and ensure compliance with JAFZA requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, supervise cycle counts, and approve stock adjustments.
• Validate storage and handling charges in line with contracts and report variances.
• Develop and maintain warehouse administrative SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Provide client reports, performance metrics, and dashboards to management.
