Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Proven leadership, planning, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teams.
• Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules.
• Manage stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.).
• Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines.
