Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to streamline daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch and returns, across a regulated environment.

You will maintain precise documentation, monitor batch/lot numbers, expiry dates and stock movements, and ensure accurate entries in our WMS/ERP system. Strong Excel skills and cross-team coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse coordination or warehouse operations.
• Preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, FMCG, or other regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Monitor batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and stock movements.
• Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate manpower and daily warehouse activities with the operational team.
• Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable warehouse/quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
