Job summary

Parker Connect is recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day RM, PM and FG warehouse operations in the UAE. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse layout, space utilization and material flow, while ensuring accuracy and traceability across locations.

Responsibilities include implementing FIFO/FEFO, coordinating inbound/outbound logistics, and planning daily dispatches to meet order requirements and production availability.

• Establish and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage locations and material flow.
• Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space and storage capacity.
• Implement proper FIFO / FEFO principles as applicable.
• Monitor material consumption against production standards.
• Ensure appropriate identification, labelling, segregation and traceability of materials.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Establish cycle counting and periodic stock verification programs.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly physical inventory activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Plan and coordinate customer deliveries based on order requirements and production availability.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans based on customer orders and production availability.
