Job summary

DP World in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and drive team development in a high-volume logistics facility. You will lead warehouse staff, implement SOPs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate order processing and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on WMS experience (LFS), RF scanner proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills to optimize performance in a complex port/logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with LFS WMS is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance.
