Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group seeks a senior leader to drive digital transformation across CI, OAM and CJM in the IMEA region, shaping customer experiences with product, sales and supporting functions.

You will establish Voice of Customer programs, measure satisfaction, and embed customer perspectives into decisions, process improvements, and business priorities, promoting a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital transformation, technology, or CE leadership.
• Minimum 5 years at senior level in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
• Experience with freight forwarding platforms and APIs.
• Bachelor’s in technology, business, or engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across CI, OAM, and CJM regions.
• Develop and execute the regional CX strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Establish and drive Voice of Customer programs and measure satisfaction.
• Embed customer perspectives into decision-making and process improvements.
