Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group is seeking a senior leader to shape the regional customer experience across IMEA. You will oversee CI, OAM, and CJM, and partner with Product, Sales and other functions to elevate the customer journey.

The role focuses on Voice of Customer, customer satisfaction, and embedding customer insights into strategy and operations, fostering a customer-centric culture across the organization in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital transformation, technology, or CE leadership.
• Minimum 5 years at senior level in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
• Experience with freight forwarding platforms (Cargo Wise, TMS, APIs).
• Bachelor's in technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across CI, OAM, CJM.
• Develop and execute the regional CX strategy with Product, Sales, and support functions.
• Establish Voice of Customer programs, measure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster a customer-centric culture by embedding customer perspectives into decisions and priorities.
