Leading change, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders, and scaling automation and AI-driven solutions are core expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; experience with CI methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Proven track record influencing regional and global stakeholders and translating strategy into plans.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

• Represent IMEA in regional and global forums; translate initiatives to local programs.
• Equip on-site teams with tools and skills for continuous improvement.
• Define and own a standard CI framework with clear problem statements and measurable criteria.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and governance checkpoints for consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for large-scale improvements using automation and digital analytics.
• Partner with local operations to implement standardized processes and performance metrics.
• Lead change management to secure buy-in and adoption of CI initiatives.
