Job summary

Hellmann in Dubai is seeking a senior regional business development leader to own and execute the Contract Logistics growth strategy across IMEA. You will drive new customer acquisition, expand strategic relationships, and shape profitable solutions with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead RFQs, RFPs and contract negotiations, manage a strong sales pipeline, monitor KPIs and forecast accuracy, and travel across the IMEA region to win large, multi-country logistics opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8–10 years of regional experience in business development within contract logistics or supply chain management across IMEA.
Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing strategic customer relationships in logistics.
Strong experience leading RFQs, RFPs, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
In-depth knowledge of Contract Logistics solutions, supply chain operations and value-added services.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional business development strategies that deliver profitable growth.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Solutions Design and Country Leadership.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop competitive customer solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting KPIs and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional Contract Logistics business development strategy.
Drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across IMEA.
Lead RFQs, RFPs, customer presentations and contract negotiations.
Partner with Country Managing Directors, Sales Operations and Solutions Design to develop competitive and profitable customer solutions.
Support countries in winning large, multi-country logistics opportunities.
Ensure commercial governance, sales discipline and pipeline reporting across the region.
Monitor business development performance, sales KPIs and forecast accuracy.
Identify market trends and growth opportunities to strengthen Hellmann's Contract Logistics position.
