You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to optimize pricing and client value across 25+ countries.

The role demands strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a hybrid working model based in Dubai and strong exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, product management, or market management in transaction banking.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to lead pricing discussions and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across markets.
• Clear, client-facing communication and executive-level material preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies for cash management and commercial card deals across MEA.
• Analyze pricing trends to refine regional strategies and maximize wallet share.
• Design and execute repricing programs from strategy to client communications.
• Partner with sales, sector heads, and management to secure pricing approvals.
• Oversee rollout of Citi's Global Billing System across non-GBS countries.
• Manage billing improvement projects to standardize pricing across MEA.
• Drive simplification of Pricing-to-Billing processes with operations.
• Produce reports, P&L analyses, and executive presentations for stakeholders.
